About The Reading Tribe
Books are mirrors and windows for children - mirrors that reflect their identities and affirm their value, and windows that open onto new worlds, people, and possibilities.
Every child deserves stories that help them feel seen while also discovering others. That´s why, each month, we take children on a new journey through our carefully curated books, exploring themes such as Feelings, Dreams, Family, Home, Nature, Culture, Bravery, Kindness, Superpower, Friendship and much more.
We read in Kindergarten, Schools, Libraries, Refugee Centers and we organize our own Communities reading events.

We read in kindergartens, schools, libraries and refugee centers, and organize our own reading events in our communities.

At ZULA, we bring the magic of reading to children in kindergartens, schools and communities – through diverse, joyful and moving stories that help children discover themselves, get to know others and discover the joy of reading.
As a reading mentor, you will:
Telling stories that help children develop self-confidence and empathy
Opening windows to cultures, colors and dreams from all over the world
To awaken curiosity and joy that lasts far beyond the story time.
You don't need any teaching qualifications – just your voice, your heart, and the willingness to make reading an adventure. We provide you with books, guidance, and a warm community of other volunteers.
